e-bike Safety Event with MLPD
Save the date: August 2 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. MLPD is holding an event for kids and adults to learn about e-bike safety!
There will be food trucks (Kona Ice, The Roaming Bean and others), a kids' bike course, Pro Bike Run displays, and e-bike information from County Park Rangers and Trail Pittsburgh. Mt. Lebanon Fire Department and Medical Rescue Team South Authority will have resources available as well.

Ice Cream Bike Ride
Saturday, August 2nd (Rain Date: August 3rd)
Meet at Beverly and Overlook at 4pm.
All great rides end with ice cream!
This will be a casual ride through Virginia Manor, the flattest part of Mt. Lebanon. The ride is open to all, but the route will not be closed to cars.

Vélo Couture Ride
Saturday, Sept 13th (Rain Date: Sunday September 14th)
Meet at Mel’s Petite Cafe at 8:30am
Celebrate bikes as transportation with a morning ride followed by crepes.
Taking inspiration from Paris, wear your most fashionable bike friendly outfits on this slow-paced, 6-mile, sorta flat ride through the Willow Terrace and Cedarhurst neighborhoods. We'll start and end at Mel's Petit Cafe. The ride is open to all, but the route will not be closed to cars.

e-bike Group Ride Meetup
Calling all e-bikes! Have an e-bike and want to learn the best/safest routes to get around your neighborhood? Or maybe you have questions about how to make e-biking part of your daily routine. The goal is to build community and help riders gain the confidence and knowledge needed for road riding.
The ride will be led by two avid e-bike riders and Move Lebo members, Beth & Morgan. The route will take riders to Trader Joe’s, using mostly quiet, residential roads.The ride is designed for beginners and will move at a leisurely pace, originating and ending at Needle and Bean. No experience is necessary. We’re here to help with the basics and to unload bikes, etc. or get a couple laps in prior to the start. The ride will last approximately 60 minutes. We’ll start the ride with some of the best coffee in town while we share tips and tricks and chat about future rides. Morgan and Beth will be at Needle and Bean early to help set up bikes or chat with some coffee.
This ride is open to riders without e-bikes but please note we will be navigating a number of hills.
